Fridays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

A signed parent/guardian waiver must be on file to participate. $10/registered students, $15/non-registered students.

Open Workout Policies:

1. Open Workout is available to any student registered as a Pre-Team or Team gymnast with Copper Country Gymnastics OR is at least 7 years of age.

2. Anyone on the gym floor must be paid and have a signed registration form/waiver on file. Cost is $10 for gymnasts currently registered in a CCG class and $15 for recreational attendees.

3. Athletic apparel is required, no shoes or socks on the gym floor.

4. No roughhousing or misusing of the equipment.

5. Appropriate behavior and language is expected at all times.

6. No cell phones are allowed on the gym floor.

7. Spotting is not permitted.

8. No food, gum, or beverages of any kind are allowed in the gym area. Water bottles must be left on the partial wall ledges or on the shelf near the bathrooms.

9. Work on the skills you know – you should not try new skills at Open Workout.

10. Valuable items should not be brought to the gym. Copper Country Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

11. To ensure everyone has a great experience, coaches/supervisors have the right to remove any individual exhibiting improper behavior and/or not following the rules at any time. A warning may be given but is not required prior to removal.

12. A parent/guardian should come in to drop off or pick up Open Workout attendees. Please be prompt in picking up your child as tardiness may result in your child loosing permission to attend Open Gym.

13. Open Workout will not be held on the Fridays when school is cancelled.

Available Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 to 2:30

30 mins gymnastics instruction/games

30 mins free time on gym floor

30 mins for cake, presents, and refreshments in party room (supplied by parent)

$150 for 10 gymnast attendees
